राजस्थान निकाय चुनाव में कांग्रेस का दबदबा

राजस्थान में निकाय चुनाव के नतीजों पर कांग्रेस पार्टी ने मतदाताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं का आभार जताया है। हालांकि कांग्रेस को बड़ी जीत नहीं मिली है लेकिन निर्दलियों के कारण वह बीजेपी से ज्यादा बोर्ड बनाने में सफल हो सकती है। लेकिन कई ऐसे निकायों में निराशा का भी सामना करना पड़ा है जहां मौजुदा सरकार के बड़े मंत्री आते हैं या फिर उन क्षेत्रों में कांग्रेस के विधायक हैं। लेकिन इसके बाद भी आलाकमान के नेताओं के साथ राजस्‍थान के प्रभारी अजय माकन ने खुशी जाहिर की है।

राजस्‍थान के 90 शहरों में निकाय चुनाव के नतीजे आ चुके हैं और लगभग 50 से ज्यादा बोर्ड कांग्रेस के पाले में जाते हुए दिख रहे है। इस बार भाजपा के गढ़ माने जाने वाले कई बोर्डो पर कांग्रेस ने बाजी मारी है। लेकिन कांग्रेस के लिए बहुत बड़ी चुनौती वहां है जहां आने वाले दिनों में चार विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में उपचुनाव होने हैं। क्योंकि यहां 4 में 3 सीटों पर बीजेपी का दबदबा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार द्वारा किए गए कार्यों को जनता ने सराहा है।

प्रदेश के 20 जिलों के 90 निकाय के चुनाव परिणाम के बाद 3034 वार्डों के चुनाव परिणाम जारी कर दिये गये है और जिसमें सबसे ज्यादा वार्डों 1197 के साथ कांग्रेस पहले स्थान पर है तो भाजपा 1140 वार्ड जीतने में सफल रही है। इस बार 634 वार्डों में निर्दलीयों ने कब्जा किया है।
चुनाव नतीजों के बाद बीजेपी ने आरोप लगाया कि सत्ता में होने के बाद भी कांग्रेस को ज्यादा बड़ी जीत नहीं मिली है और नतीजों के परिणाम के बाद भी वह अपनी पीठ थपथपा रहे हैं। जबकि उनके बड़े नेता इस जीत को कांग्रेस के लिए बड़ी जीत बता रहे है जबकि बीजेपी अपने दम पर कांग्रेस से ज्यादा वार्डो पर कब्जा किया है और कांग्रेस अब निर्देलियों के भरोसे अपनी जीत के सपने देख रही है।

किसान आंदोलनः किसान और सरकार के बीच आज होगी 11वें दौर की बातचीत

नए कृषि कानूनों के मुद्दों को हल करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार के केंद्रीय मंत्री व किसान संघ के प्रतिनिधि 11 वें दौर की बातचीत शुक्रवार यानी आज होगी। यह बातचीत विज्ञान भवन में होगी जिसमें तीनों कृषि कानून को लेकर पिछले दस दौरे की चर्चाओं में कोई नतीजा नहीं निकल सका है। किसान इन कानूनों को खत्म करने की मांग पर अड़े जबकि केन्द्र सरकार कानूनों को खत्म करने बजाय उन में कुछ बदलाव करने पर तैयार है।

किसान संगठनों ने 26 जनवरी को टै्रक्टर मार्च निकालने का ऐलान कर चुके है जबकि केन्द्र सरकार इस मार्च को नहीं निकालने की बात कह रही है। देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत ने किसान आंदोलन पर सुनवाई करते हुए कहा था कि आंदोलन करने वाले किसानों की मांगों को सही प्रकार से समझने के लिए एक समिति नियुक्त करने का प्रस्ताव दिया था लेकिन इस समिति को लेकर किसान सगठनों ने आपत्ती जताई है। किसान सगठनों ने गुरुवार को सरकार की ओर से पेश किए गए प्रस्ताव को यह कहते हुए खारिज कर दिया कि उनकी मांग कानूनों को खत्म करने को लेकर है।

इसके साथ किसान संगठन ट्रैक्टर रैली आयोजित करने की अनुमति के संबंध में दिल्ली पुलिस के अधिकारियों के साथ चर्चा करेंगे।
तीनों कृषि कानूनों को निरस्त करने की मांग को लेकर किसान संगठन पिछले लगभग दो महीने से आंदोलन कर रहे हैं। सभी किसानों के लिए सभी फसलों पर लाभदायक न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य ;एमएसपी पर एक कानून बनाने की बात कही है। अब यह देखना होगा की आज की वार्ता में किसान संगठन क्या निर्णय करते है अगर बात नहीं बनी तो यह आंदोलन जारी रहेगा

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तीनों नये कानूनों पर रोक लगा दी है। कोर्ट के अगले आदेश तक ये कानून लागू नहीं होंगे और इसके साथ अदालत ने इन कानूनों पर चर्चा के लिए एक समिति का गठन भी किया है। इसके लिए कोर्ट ने हरसिमरत मान, कृषि अर्थशास्त्री अशोक गुलाटी, डॉ प्रमोद कुमार जोशी (पूर्व निदेशक राष्ट्रीय कृषि अनुसंधान प्रबंधन), अनिल धनवत के नाम कमिटी के सदस्य के तौर पर पेश किये है।

भारत में मिलेगा दुनिया का सबसे सस्ता कोरोना टीका

कोरोना की मार झेल रही पूरी दुनिया इसके इलाज के पानी की तरह पैसे बर्बाद कर रही है लेकिन इसके बाद भी उसे कारगर इलाज नहीं मिल पा रहा है। भारत में कोरोना के दो टीके बनकर तैयार है और इस सप्ताह में टीकाकरण का अभियान शुरू हो जाएगा और यह टीका दुनिया का सबसे सस्ता टीका होने के साथ बहुत कारगर टीका है जो कोरोना के नये वायरस को भी खत्म करने में कारगर है। खबरों के अनुसार बताया जा रहा है कि चीन ने दुनिया भर में कोरोना का टीका बहुत अधिक कीमत में बेच रहा है और इसके विपरित भारत में बना टीका बहुत ही सस्ता उपलब्ध होगा।

इस बीच सरकार ने बताया है कि उसने सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट से 1 करोड़ 10 लाख डोज और भारत बायोटेक से 55 लाख डोज खरीदी है। सरकार ने यह भी बताया कि दुनिया के दूसरे देशों के मुकाबले भारत सरकार ने कोरोना वैक्सीन की खरीदारी बेहद कम कीमत खरीदी है।स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के अनुसार सरकार ने सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया से 110 लाख डोज 200 रुपए प्रति डोज खरीदने का करार किया है। जबकि भारत बायोटेक से 55 लाख डोज खरीदने का समझौता किया गया है। भारत बायोटेक से कोवैक्सीन की 38 लाख डोज 296 रुपए रुपए प्रति डोज के हिसाब से खरीदी है जबकि कंपनी ने 16 लाख डोज मुफ्त में देने का फैसला किया है।

जानकारों के अनुसार फाइजर की वैक्सीन की कीमत प्रति डोज भारतीय मुद्रा के हिसाब से 1400 रुपये ज्यादा है यानी एक व्यक्ति को दो डोज टैक्स छोड़कर 2800 रुपए की होगी। कोरोना वॉरियर्स को दिए जाने वाले पहले तीन करोड़ डोज की कीमत केंद्र सरकार देगी। राज्यों को को कोई पैसा नहीं खर्च करना होगा। सरकार ने कहा कि सभी राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों को 14 जनवरी तक मिल जाएगी।

दुनिया भर में कोरोना का टीकाकरण शुरू हो गया है लेकिन भारत में अभी तक टीका लगने की प्रक्रिया शुरू नहीं हो पायी है। खबरों के अनुसार बताया जा रहा है कि 14 या 16 जनवरी से कुछ राज्यों में टीकाकरण का अभियान शुरू हो सकता है और इसकी सभी तैयारिया पूरी कर ली गयी है। सरकार ने सभी राज्य सरकारों को आदेश जारी कर दिया है कि वह सभी तैयारियां पूरी करके रखे और एक अभियान की तरह प्रत्येक देशवासी तक आसानी से टीका पहुंच सके।

 

टीकाकरण का अभियान सिलसिलेवार तरीके कई चरणों में शुरू होगा जिसमें पहले चरण में डॉक्टर्स, नर्स, मेडिकल स्टाफ व दूसरे हेल्थ वर्कर्स शामिल है इसके बाद फ्रंटलाइन वर्कर्स का नंबर आएगा। इन्हें खुद रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। इसके बाद 50 साल से ज़्यादा की उम्र के लोगों और गंभीर रूप से बीमार लोगों को टीका लगवाने के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन होगा। रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने के लिए एक ऐप तैयार किया गया है इसके माध्यम से आप घर बैठे बिना किसी दलाल के माध्यम से रजिस्ट्रेशन करवा सकेंगे। इस ऐप का नाम Co-WIN होगा हालांकि अभी ये ऐप लॉन्च नहीं किया गया है लेकिन जल्द ही इसे लॉन्च कर दिया जाएगा।

पूरे देश में टीकाकरण के पहले चरण में तीन करोड़ भारतीयों को वैक्सीन उपलब्ध करवाने का प्लान तैयार किया गया है। कोरोना की वैक्सीन पहले किसे और कैसे मिलेगी इसकी तैयारी के साथ-साथ वैक्सीन की डिलीवरी और स्टोरेज जैसी सभी प्रकार की जरूरी चीजों को बड़े अच्छे से बनाया है।भारत दुनिया का पहला ऐसा देश है जिसके पास अभी दो वैक्सीन हैं। सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया की कोविशील्ड और दूसरी कोवैक्सीन, जिसे हैदराबाद में भारत बायोटेक लैब में तैयार किया है।अभी सरकारी अधिकारी ही जानते हैं कि लोगों को कौन सी वैक्सीन लगाई जाएगी।

In the Smart India Hackathon (SIH), a flagship event of the Government of India, eleven teams from Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET) qualified for the final round of the prestigious Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2020. Out of these, three teams emerged as winning for their ground-breaking innovative solutions. The institute secured
first prize in two categories, that are ‘Smart Communication’ and ‘Healthcare & Biomedical Devices’, and it also secured third prize in the ‘Smart Cities’ category.
Smart India Hackathon (SIH) is a countrywide project to provide students a platform to work out solutions for some of the pressing problems we face in our daily lives. It encourages a culture of product innovation and an approach to problem solving amongst students in India. The first three editions SIH2017, SIH2018 and SIH 2019 were extremely fruitful in stimulating out-of-the-box thinking in young minds, predominantly engineering students from across India.

In a study done by Saint-Gobain Ecophon at Hvidovre Hospital in Copenhagen, Denmark, two operating rooms were given different acoustic treatments. This was the environment in the original operating room. Introducing a sound-absorbing ceiling  reduced the overall sound
level and hindered the sound from spreading. This was further enhanced with wall absorbers. They reduced the noise and thus improved speech clarity even more. Staff clearly experienced the difference and stated that, the most improved room was the place where they were most relaxed and could communicate without effort.
In this study three operating rooms were involved in the project. The first room was treated with an acoustic ceiling and the second one with both acoustic ceiling and wall absorbers. The participating staff worked in all three operating rooms.
Benefits of good acoustics in healthcare back office set ups and corridors
Up to 40% of hospital premises can consist of office environments. These offices may be used for administration, hospital management or nurses and doctors in wards. A wide range of activities are included in office work. At any given time, people may be talking on the phone, working in teams, holding meetings or performing tasks at the computer that require concentration.
Corridors are busy and vibrant areas in healthcare settings. They are everywhere and a natural part of every unit and ward. Patients, visitors and staff use them to move from one place to another. They are also used for moving beds, medical equipment and other supplies.
The solution is to stop sound close to the source, before it spreads, by adding sound-absorbing ceilings and walls. When this is achieved, and people are no longer disturbed by high-level background noise, they will naturally lower their own voices, resulting in reduced sound levels and improving speech clarity.
